Bucket List Nation, a travel website that features places to go, came from the desire of two girls, and now the head editors at the website, to travel the world and do as many different, quirky things as possible. The site was inspired from the movie The Bucket List, but the girls decided to take it a step further with each having a list of over a 1000 things to do and place to go in their individual bucket lists. They want to travel the world and tackle the things on their lists, sharing their stories along the way, be it visiting Venice during the Carnival or going on a ghost hunting expedition or try and find the Green Sand Beach in Hawaii.

Not only does the website have bucket list travels to share with its readers but it also gives them a chance to connect with other travel bloggers from all over the world and the site already is a host to several writers who have shared their unique travel guides, which is what makes it different and interesting. Everything covered on the website is firsthand information by one of the writers and the content and pictures are original. The emphasis is on getting quality pictures that show the vibrancy of any place, because ultimately the aim of the website is to inspire people to go out and tackle things on their own bucket list.

The website covers off the beaten path city guides, places to travel to, and place to go in India that make for an interesting read. A recently covered article, LA city guides , is a great example that showed how much the city has to offer beyond Hollywood. The idea behind our website is to enhance the experience of a traveler to any place and they can refer to our website to look for different things to do which are usually known to just the locals and most tourists miss out on the real vibe of a place. The editors slowly plan to expand the guides to other cities and countries and even offer details like where to stay based on your budget and the best restaurants to eat and other places to go whiling visiting a place. They also plan to cover special events like music or art festivals or famous fairs and exhibitions. Travelling is the best way to learn about new cultures, people, traditions and it gives you a whole new outlook on life and we are very excited to share our journey with you and truly hope that it inspires some serious wanderlust.
